• Enter your registered Malaysian phone number — make sure the number format is correct (e.g. 0112345678).
• Enter your password. If you want to see the characters as you type, click the eye icon on the right side of the password field.
• Click the "Login" button and the system will automatically verify your credentials.
• If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the 6-digit OTP code sent to your phone number within 5 minutes.
• You will be taken directly to your account dashboard — and your gaming session can begin instantly.

Joom99 Login Security — Protecting Your Account

At joom99, the security of every member's account is a priority we never overlook. Every login session is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption technology — the same standard used by major Malaysian banking institutions. This means all information you submit during login — including your phone number and password — is fully encrypted and cannot be intercepted by any third party.

Beyond basic encryption, joom99 also implements multiple additional security layers to keep your account safe at all times. The suspicious login detection system will automatically alert you if there is an access attempt from an unrecognised location or device — giving you peace of mind even when you are not active.

Here are the best practices we recommend to keep your joom99 account secure:

• Use a unique and strong password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an extra layer of protection.
• Never share your joom99 account password with anyone, including friends or family.
• Log out of your account when using a shared computer or device.
• Always log in through the official joom99 website only — avoid clicking links from unknown sources.
• Change your password regularly, at least once every three months, to minimise security risks.

Having Login Issues? Here's How to Fix Them

Sometimes, certain situations can prevent you from logging in to your joom99 account. Don't worry — most of these issues are easy to resolve in a short time without needing to contact the support team. Here are the most commonly reported login issues by joom99 members, along with their solutions:

• Forgot password — Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. An OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number to set a new password in under 2 minutes.
• Phone number not recognised — Make sure you are entering the same phone number used when registering your account. Check whether you are using an old or new number if you have changed your phone number.
• OTP code not received — Check that your phone signal is strong. Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP code. Make sure your phone is not on silent mode or blocking SMS from new numbers.
• Account Temporarily Locked — Consecutive failed login attempts may cause your account to be temporarily locked as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes or contact live chat support for immediate assistance.
• Login page not loading — Try clearing your browser cache or use private browsing mode. Make sure your internet connection is stable and try again.

What to Do After Logging In to joom99

Once you have successfully logged in to your joom99 account, you will be taken directly to your personal dashboard — a complete control centre giving you a full overview of your account balance, transaction history, active bonus status, and more, all in one view.

One of the first things many members do after logging in is check the Promotions section to see the latest offers active that day. joom99 regularly updates its promotions list, and there are limited-time offers available only to members who log in on specific days.

If you have winnings pending withdrawal, you can head directly to the Withdrawal section from the account menu. All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 working hours, and you can monitor your withdrawal status in real time from the dashboard without waiting for manual confirmation.

For new members logging in for the first time after registering, we recommend taking a moment to complete your account profile, including the KYC verification process. Completing KYC not only enables higher withdrawal limits, but also ensures your account security is at its highest level.
