About joom99 — Malaysia's Preferred Online Entertainment Platform

Who We Are — The Story Behind joom99

Joom99 started with a clear vision: to provide an online entertainment platform that Malaysian players could truly trust. Since launching in 2018, we have grown from a small platform into one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online gaming industry. This journey did not happen overnight — it is the result of our team's hard work, invaluable feedback from loyal players, and an unwavering commitment to quality and integrity.

What began as a platform with a handful of basic game options has grown into a complete entertainment ecosystem — spanning Live Casino with professional dealers, interactive Bingo in multiple formats, sports betting across international leagues, a rich Slot Games lobby, and much more. All of this is available on one integrated platform, with a single account and shared wallet balance.

Our Mission: Quality Entertainment for All Malaysian Players

Joom99's mission is simple yet meaningful: to deliver the best online entertainment experience to every Malaysian player, regardless of their background or level of experience. We believe everyone deserves a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform — and that is what we work towards every day.

We do more than offer games. We build an environment where players feel comfortable, valued, and confident that every ringgit they invest is managed responsibly. From transparent payment systems to independently verified game mechanics, joom99 places player trust above all else.

Joom99's Long-Term Vision

Looking ahead, joom99 aims to keep expanding our platform's offerings while maintaining the quality and safety standards that have become our benchmark. We are in the process of introducing more new games, enhancing the mobile experience, and broadening our customer support network to better serve the needs of Malaysian players.

We are also committed to being a pioneer in responsible gaming practices in Malaysia. Through educational initiatives, in-platform self-control tools, and collaboration with relevant bodies, joom99 aims to ensure that online entertainment remains a fun activity that causes no harm to anyone.

The Technology Powering joom99

Behind every seamless game and every fast withdrawal is a robust, constantly updated technology infrastructure. joom99 runs on high-capacity servers capable of handling hundreds of thousands of concurrent users without interruption. Our systems are built for 99.9% uptime so you can play without worrying about frustrating technical disruptions.

The Random Number Generator (RNG) used across all joom99 games has been certified by independent international auditing bodies. This guarantees that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by any party. This transparency is the foundation of the trust we have built with hundreds of thousands of loyal players.

The Community We Build Together

One of the things we are most proud of at joom99 is the player community that has grown organically since the platform launched. Players from across Malaysia — Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru, Sabah, Sarawak and many other regions — have made joom99 a part of their daily entertainment routine.

This community is not only active in gaming, but also in providing constructive feedback to our team. Many of the features and improvements found in the joom99 platform today are a direct result of suggestions from our players. We listen, we respond, and we keep growing alongside you.
